West District has unveiled Zhongshan's first community-based AI-powered elderly care consultation platform —— the AI Elderly Care Advisor —— at Xiyuan Community Service Center. 

Developed through eight months of research incorporating feedback from nearly 1,000 local seniors, the platform offers 24/7 digital support including senior subsidy inquiries, public transit card processing, and personalized care service recommendations.

Beyond administrative assistance, its emotional support chat feature provides round-the-clock companionship.
