On June 30, coinciding with the first anniversary of the ShenZhong Link's opening, Zhongshan hosted the 2025 Zhongshan Investment Promotion Conference and the launching ceremony of Guangdong International Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.

The conference is projected to attract over 100 billion yuan in intended investment, with events held at the main venue in Zhongshan and sub-venues in Beijing and Hangzhou. Key agenda items include promoting Zhongshan's business environment, unveiling major development platforms, signing strategic partnerships, and launching the 2025 List of Premium Investment Projects and the Zhongshan Investment Platform.

Over 400 business delegates from more than 20 countries and regions, including the UK, Russia, Germany and Singapore, are participating. Attendees represent sectors such as artificial intelligence, low-altitude economy, biomedicine, advanced equipment manufacturing, optoelectronics and agri-tourism, showcasing Zhongshan's diverse opportunities for global investors.
