The first building of the Pharmaceutical Tech Park at the South China Modern TCM City in Zhongshan reached its top-out milestone on December 23.

The project's underground parking structure is now fully complete, with the main structural work expected to be finalized before the 2026 Spring Festival.

Spanning a total area of 178,500 square meters, the Pharmaceutical Tech Park will feature 7 industrial facilities and 2 dormitory buildings. It aims to establish a model for integrated R&D, production and living spaces, fostering a seamless "industry-city" fusion zone.
