The Institute of Advanced Technology (IAT) of University of Science and Technology of China and AI tech firm AcqDeal unveiled the Artificial Intelligence Joint Laboratory for Digital Trade on December 18.

The lab, led by Professor He Xiangnan, also deputy dean of USTC's School of Data Science, brings together researchers from China's youth talent program, channeling academic expertise into AcqDeal's product evolution.

Moving forward, the lab will recruit international R&D talent and industry veterans, mentor doctoral and master's students, and cultivate specialized talent for Zhongshan's high-quality development.

AcqDeal's breakthrough — the world's first B2B cross-border e-commerce AI-based digital salesman platform — will directly benefit from lab innovations. These advancements aim to transform labor-heavy traditional trade into a data-powered intelligent model, slashing costs and boosting efficiency for Chinese enterprises to secure global competitive edge.
