The Multi-city Autumn Recruitment Campaign under the 2026 "Millions of Talents Gather in Guangdong" Initiative will hit Shandong province again from October 27 to 29, bringing quality employment and entrepreneurship opportunities to students there from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA).

More than 390 Guangdong employers will take part online or on site, including Zhongshan City People's Hospital, Mingyang Smart Energy and Akeso Inc.

Nearly half of the positions offer annual salaries of 200,000 yuan or more. Manufacturing jobs account for nearly 50 percent of the total, while AI-related positions make up nearly 30 percent. The event will also offer over 2,400 trainee positions, 500 internships and over 520 positions related to entrepreneurship programs.

Five themed zones will be set up during the job fair. The market zone, for example, will showcase innovative sci-tech products and creative cultural products from the GBA.
