The 12-day transportation period for the upcoming National Day-Mid-Autumn Festival holiday will span September 29 to October 10. Zhongshan Station anticipates a total passenger throughput of 278,300, comprising 126,000 departing passengers and 152,300 arriving passengers.
During the holiday, passenger flows at Zhongshan Station will be primarily driven by tourism and family visit streams, with key travel routes connecting major cities and tourist destinations including Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Beijing, Wuhan, Chongqing, Guiyang, Foshan, Chaoshan region, Meizhou, Changsha and Hengyang.
To meet passenger travel demand during the holiday, Zhongshan Station will operate additional Train C9962 on the Zhuhai-Foshan West route, departing from Zhongshan Station at 23:38 on September 29, 30 and October 1, 7, 8.
Concurrently, the operational schedules for high-speed sleeper trains passing through Zhongshan Station will be adjusted as follows:
D924 (Zhuhai-Beijing West): Departing Zhongshan at 19:35, operating on September 30, October 1, 2, 7, and 8;
D942 (Zhuhai-Shanghai Hongqiao): Departing Zhongshan at 18:39, operating on September 30, October 1, 7, and 8.
