A parcel of land designated for medical and healthcare use in Zhongshan's East District was listed for transfer, according to a notice issued by the Zhongshan Public Resources Trading Center on October 13.

Located east of Changjiang Road and south of Xiangshan Primary School, the 24,748-square-meter site is earmarked for a for-profit healthcare complex centered on a hospital.

The project will comprise four main areas: medical services, health management, shared clinical support services and supporting commercial facilities. The hospital must meet at least national tertiary-hospital construction standards, with no fewer than 300 beds.
