Dengxian Road in Zhongshan's Sanxiang town fully opened to traffic on June 6.

It was planned and built to Class II highway standards while also serving as an urban arterial, featuring a six-lane dual carriageway with a design speed of 60 km/h. Its northern section, from Wuguishan to provincial road S268, opened on February 10 this year.

Dengxian Road will help divert traffic from surrounding main roads such as Shatan Road, directly benefiting the many residents along the route in developments including the new hospital area.
