Sanmman had sought judicial assistance after his account was frozen due to a goods payment dispute and communication barriers. Leveraging its pre-litigation mediation framework, Zhongshan No.2 People's Court swiftly settled the 800,000-yuan transnational case, offering the foreign party a tangible experience of China's efficient judicial system.

Since 2025, the court has pioneered an "expedited filing + diversified reconciliation" model at the pre-litigation stage. To date, 7,312 disputes have been mediated through this mechanism.
