Haiya Mega City, a super-sized commercial complex in Zhongshan's Nantou Town, officially opened on December 19, attracting the first wave of shoppers from Zhongshan and neighboring cities.

Boasting nearly 600,000 square meters of commercial space, the complex integrates a large shopping mall, star-rated hotels, retail streets and grade-A office buildings. 

Its first phase features over 200 domestic and international brands, with 30% making debuts in Zhongshan. The second phase, slated for 2026, will introduce a 20,000-square-meter sports center, equipped with professional facilities for basketball, badminton, tennis, and others.

As Zhongshan's first "superb outlet" project, Haiya Mega City also hosts an EEG brand pop-up store "0 e:ffect."
