The 2026 national college entrance examination has officially begun. From June 7 to 9, some 21,000 students in Zhongshan will step into exam halls to face one of life's most important challenges, writing with determination in pursuit of their dreams.

On the early morning of the first exam day, Grade 12 teachers from Sun Yat-sen Memorial Secondary School, dressed in red send-off shirts and holding good-luck signs, gathered along the school walkways to cheer on students heading into the exam halls.

In No.1 Middle School of Zhongshan, nearly 1,600 students made their way to the exam halls with composure. Teachers in red stood along the walkways, exchanging high-fives and offering heartfelt words of encouragement. Many classes had carefully decorated their classrooms, filling them with heartwarming wishes and blessings.
