The construction of Xiangshan Middle School in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District is proceeding smoothly. The combined junior-senior high school is on track for delivery in 2027.

According to the schedule, all buildings will be topped out by August this year, with 80% of fit-out work to be completed by the end of December.
Adjacent to Sun Yat-sen Memorial Primary School, Xiangshan Middle School sits on a 73,572.9-square-meter site with a total investment of 500 million yuan.
The school will have 72 classes — 36 junior high and 36 senior high ones — accommodating approximately 3,240 students and around 3,500 people including staff.
The project comprises 17 buildings, including teaching buildings, laboratory buildings, a library complex, a gymnasium, a canteen and dormitories, along with a 12,000-square-meter basement serving dual purposes as a civil air defense shelter and parking facility, with over 70 parking spots.
