Zhongshan Open University and Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University in Thailand have recently signed a partnership agreement, launching joint doctoral and master's programs.
The cooperation includes joint student recruitment, language training and shared efforts in doctoral/master's admissions and education. Faculty exchanges for teaching, training and research will enhance curriculum development, while joint research will focus on educational technology and cultural creativity.
Participating departments span Logistics & Supply Chain, Garment Industry, Graduate Studies, Innovation Management and Arts, aiming to nurture high-level professionals skilled in global rules and cross-cultural communication.
Founded in March 1982, Zhongshan Open University, the city's first public university, has educated nearly 60,000 bachelor's/associate graduates and trained 300,000 short-term learners.
Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, established in 1937, ranks among Thailand's 38 royal universities. It operates six campuses and 15 faculties, and serves 55,000 students.
