As one of Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic's first international students, Ahmat Abakar Mahamat (Chinese name: Xiao Ma) from Chad, Africa, and his classmates have been simultaneously pursuing studies in Chinese language and international economics & trade, while interning at Zhongshan lighting enterprises. 

Zhongshan Torch Polytechnic has actively connected them with industry trade fairs and cross-border e-commerce companies, enabling these students to gain hands-on experience with local manufacturers—participating in tasks like promotional video production and overseas social media operation. These real-world opportunities have honed their professional skills. 

Through these experiences, they have grown more confident in China's market potential. They now aspire to leverage their multilingual and multicultural strengths to build bridges, helping more products "Made in Zhongshan" go global.
