Amid the training rhythms, 18-year-old Ma Jingrong provides hands-on guidance to her 12-year-old sister Ma Jingqi. Their movements mirror the form of their father Ma Yuquan, the current lineage holder of Ma Family Spear, as his shadow seems to dance alongside theirs in the practice hall.
