At the 2026 China GT Championship Ningbo round held from May 22 to 24, Mars Kang from Taiwan led his Team KRC to the competition, and driver Ethan Ho swept both races to claim the GTS title, emerging as one of the standout local drivers of the event.
Founded by Mars Kang in 2011, KRC (Kang's Racing Company) started out with rented cars and has since put down roots in Zhongshan's Sanxiang town.
Leveraging Zhongshan's prime location and the well-developed industrial chain in the Pearl River Delta, the team has honed its craft and accumulated race experience. On the international stage, it claimed runner-up at the Macau FIA GT World Cup and reached the podium at the 2026 Bathurst 12 Hour Endurance Race.
Off the track, Kang insists on in-house R&D, working to develop domestic alternatives for core racing components, a move that has sharply cut costs and boosted efficiency. He plans to build a racing industry base in Sanxiang to drive the growth of China's racing culture and industry.
