The first Zhongshan Youth Food Culture Carnival is underway at Zhongshan Expo Center and will run through January 5. 

The event integrates specialty food tastings, trendy interactive experiences and diverse cultural performances, creating a round-the-clock joyous feast for residents and tourists. 

Around 100 stalls feature characteristic delicacies, catering to varied taste preferences. Wang Jiahong, champion of the 2024 National & Greater Bay Area KamCha Competition (HK Milk Tea), was invited to prepare signature milk tea on-site, with many fans visiting specifically to meet him.

Highlights also include Dunhuang drum dances, aerial "flower-scattering" spectacles, and a rotating lineup of stage acts and live band performances.
