The launch ceremony of the 2025 Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Activity Day series and the 3rd Overseas Chinese High-Quality Development Conference was held at Xiangshan Theater on Sunwen West Road pedestrian street on November 10.

Gathering overseas Chinese leaders, entrepreneurs and compatriots from 16 countries, participants from China's Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions, and overseas returned students, the event marked the 16th annual celebration of Zhongshan Overseas Chinese Activity Day.

Key activities under the 2025 program include:

Organizing the Overseas Chinese High-Quality Development Conference;

Unveiling the "Overseas Chinese + Business" alliance Zhongshan liaison office, pairing with signing ceremonies for trade partnerships and legal support for overseas business expansion;

Showcasing Zhongshan's intangible cultural heritage and Nanyang culture;

Promoting local business policies, cultural environment and specialty industries;

Holding overseas Chinese-themed exhibitions and business tours.
