Original stage play 'Battle for Hengmen' premieres at Zhongshan Studio City

Commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People's War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-Fascist War, a Zhongshan original stage drama "Battle for Hengmen" premiered at Zhongshan Studio City on August 30.
The performance captivated an audience of nearly 300 with its immersive historical reenactment.
The play centers around the 1937 battle for Hengmen in Zhongshan, blending narrative, live performance, dance and music to chronicle the heroic armed resistance of Zhongshan's populace.
