The All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce released the list of the nation's top 500 private enterprises in 2026 in Tianjin on September 22, with JD Group, Alibaba China and Hengli Group taking the top three spots.

Survey results showed that the top 500 private enterprises reported total operating revenue of 44.93 trillion yuan, or an average of 89.851 billion yuan each, up 4.35 percent year on year. Their total assets reached 53.74 trillion yuan, averaging 107.479 billion yuan each, up 5.05 percent year on year.

Zhongshan-based company Mingyang Group ranked 168th. A global leader in new energy equipment, Mingyang has a business spanning the entire clean energy industrial chain, from wind and solar to marine energy.
