The Shared Laboratory of Huangpu Cured Meat was inaugurated at the Huangpu Food Industry Eco-Park on June 11. A total of 114 cured meat producers have entered into commission agreements with the facility.

Backed by a total investment of 1 million yuan, the lab conducts quality and safety testing of cured meat products for enterprises in Zhongshan's Huangpu town, cutting their testing costs by more than 50% and shortening report turnaround to within 36 hours.
The lab also provides system audits, training, technical consulting, and expanded testing services at below-market rates, helping enterprises improve their quality management and innovation capabilities.
Currently, Huangpu is home to 132 cured meat producers, with annual output value exceeding 3 billion yuan.
