Zhongshan's Gangkou town hosted the "Gangkou Sparerib Rice Service Quality Enhancement & Industry Synergy Promotion Day" event on May 20.

It marked the establishment of the Gangkou Sparerib Rice Industry Alliance, with 29 founding members including famous brands Niuqi Sparerib Rice and Hongsheng Restaurant.

Also unveiled were the production standards and procedures, official logo, and theme song and music video for Gangkou Sparerib Rice.

The alliance forged strategic partnerships with supply chain players, including Chubang Soy Sauce, Yifeng Food, Huangpu Cured Meat Association, Guangtunfeng Rice and Gangguhui Oils, to ensure quality ingredients and stable supply from the source.

The alliance also inked framework agreements with premium supply chain partners, and presented Huang Shaohuan, owner of Hongsheng Restaurant in Gangkou, with the certificate of Gangkou Sparerib Rice Ambassador.
