A shipment of imported toy car models was delivered to a resident in Zhongshan's Xiaolan on March 27. Dispatched from Zhongshan Bonded Logistics Center, it marks the city's first bonded import order for cross-border e-commerce (CBEC) online shopping since the center's implementation of regulatory reforms.
Under the online shopping bonded import model, enterprises can bulk-store bonded goods at the center for advance stocking and dynamic inventory management. Once consumers place orders, customs clears the goods for courier delivery, enabling instant dispatch and rapid arrival.

Consumers also enjoy temporary tariff exemptions, with value-added tax and consumption tax levied at 70% of statutory rates, and each consumer has an annual purchase quota of 26,000 yuan.
This initiative delivers more convenient, cost-effective cross-border shopping for Zhongshan and western Pearl River Delta residents.
