The Zhongshan Development and Reform Bureau released the Zhongshan 2026 Key Construction Project Plan on its official website on March 9. This year, the city will implement 485 key projects, with a total investment of 407.6 billion yuan, and 91 preparatory projects, worth 254.2 billion yuan.

Transport infrastructure takes center stage, featuring 4 Nansha-Zhuhai (Zhongshan) Intercity Railway projects: the Xiangshan-Gongbei section, the Yantoushan Traffic Hub, the Wanqingsha-Xingzhong section, and the Qijiang New Town Station TOD project (Phase 1).

Emerging industries shine. The 410-million-yuan Zhongshan Low-altitude Economy New-type Infrastructure project and the Sanchuang (Tanzhou) Aviation and Equipment Manufacturing Park lead in low-altitude economy. The "Zhongshan Nano Intelligence Valley" co-built by Taili Group integrates new materials and industries through upstream-downstream ecosystem collaboration.

Livelihood projects span education, sports and healthcare areas, including the Shaxi "Cun BA" Fitness Center and Qijiang New Town Fitness Center (Phase 1).
