On February 25, the second working day of the Year of the Horse, Zhongshan hosted an on-site progress meeting in Cuiheng New District for 14 key projects. With total investment nearing 3 billion yuan, these projects are located in Cuiheng New District, Guzhen Town and Shiqi Subdistrict, covering industrial upgrading, livelihood enhancement, infrastructure, rural revitalization and other areas.

The Cuicheng No.2 rural revitalization industrial park, located in Pansha Village, Nanlang Subdistrict, has a total investment of 215 million yuan. Covering 2.7 hectares, it focuses on new materials, new energy and next-gen IT. It is expected to boost village collective income by more than 10 million per year.

The Danfeng Lighting intelligent manufacturing base, located in Guzhen Town, has a total investment of 324 million yuan, covering 1.8 hectares. It will include an e-commerce and new quality productive forces center, with intelligent, digital, automated production and warehousing facilities. Its annual output is projected to hit 540 million yuan upon completion.
