Zhongshan unveiled its first integrated PV, energy storage and supercharging demonstration station for electric heavy trucks at Zhongshan Port & Shipping company on December 10, with the first 26 electric heavy trucks delivered at the same time.

Developed by Zhongshan Port & Shipping, the station integrates distributed photovoltaic power generation, massive energy storage and intelligent supercharging.

Phase one features two 2,000 kVA box-type transformers and 16 charging guns, enabling simultaneous dual-gun charging for 8 heavy trucks.
The carport rooftop is equipped with 240 square meters of solar panels, featuring a rated peak power of 53 kW and an annual electricity generation of 80,000 kWh. This setup is supported by two 241 kWh liquid-cooled energy storage cabinets, enabling a full-scenario energy closed-loop that includes self-consumption, surplus energy storage, peak-valley regulation, and emergency power supply.
