The South China headquarters of tech firm Huakai Yibai, located in Cuiheng Village, Cuiheng New District (Nanlang Subdistrict), Zhongshan, was topped out on December 8.

As a leading player in cross-border export e-commerce, Huakai Yibai is constructing this hub through its Guangdong-based wholly owned subsidiary, with a planned investment of 1.5 billion yuan.
The facility will serve as the company's operational nerve center in South China, integrating resources from its subsidiaries, Yibai Network and Tomtop, to build a full-chain cross-border ecosystem encompassing supply chain management, smart warehousing and logistics, and big data R&D.
Spanning a net land area of approximately 5.53 hectares with a floor area of 185,000 square meters, the project is slated for operational launch by end-2026. Annual sales are projected to exceed 12 billion yuan upon full utilization.
