The railway Zhongshan Station unveiled passenger flow data for the National Day-Mid Autumn Festival holiday on October 9.

The station handled 225,600 passenger trips from October 1 to 8, averaging 28,200 daily trips, up 7.1% year-on-year. Departures totaled 104,000 trips while arrivals reached 121,600 trips.

Notably on October 1, the station achieved unprecedented single-day records in both departure and arrival volumes since its inauguration. Departure volume surpassed 18,300 trips, up 11% year-on-year, while arrival volume exceeded 20,000 trips, up 19% year-on-year.
