The finalist lineup for the 2025 Guangdong International Overseas Chinese Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition (AI & Robotics Contest) has been unveiled. Following intense semifinals, 60 top-tier projects emerged from 575 global entries to advance to the finals.

During the semifinals, 100 teams from over 20 countries and regions, including the US, Singapore, the UK, Australia, Germany and Canada, showcased their innovations through online and offline activities.

The selected projects span cutting-edge domains such as AI-driven vertical industry solutions, specialized medical/industrial robotics, and foundational technologies including edge computing and large models.

The finals will unfold in Zhongshan on September 18 and 19, with winners determined through multidimensional assessments of technological breakthroughs, market potential, and societal impact.
