The groundbreaking ceremony for the Mingsheng Intelligent Technology Park project was held in Zhongshan's Tanzhou on September 8.

Spanning 83 mu (5.53 hectares) with a gross floor area of 220,000 square meters, the project involves an investment exceeding 800 million yuan. It marks the largest single-building project approved in Zhongshan at one time, with an anticipated annual output value of 1 billion yuan upon completion.

Situated within the Tianyi Logistics area, the park is set to become a high-standard modern hub integrating design, R&D, exhibition and trade.

The park will consist of three zones: a modern factory area with truck access, a customized standalone factory zone, and a business and administrative service center. It will feature advanced digital management systems, including a digital investment attraction platform, an IoT-based smart network system, an intelligent property management system, and etc.
