The women's youth team gymnastics final of the 15th National Games concluded in Zhaoqing city on the evening of September 8, with Guangdong securing the gold medal. 

Liang Yating, a rising star trained by Zhongshan Sports School, delivered a standout performance alongside her teammates, marking Guangdong's first competitive sports gold at this year's National Games.

Born in May 2010 in Huangpu Town, Zhongshan, Liang began her gymnastics career in 2016 when she was scouted from Huangpu Central Kindergarten to join Zhongshan Sports School. Her talent propelled her to the Guangdong provincial team in 2021, and she now trains at the Guangdong Ersha Sports Training Center, a prestigious facility in Guangzhou.
