The 5G-enabled smart center for cold chain distribution and processing of meat, located in Minzhong sub-district, Torch Development Zone, has recently passed its acceptance review and will soon be put into use.

The center is situated in Shazai Village, with a total investment of 320 million yuan and covering a land area of 31844.8 square meters. It will be built as a benchmark in the cold chain logistics and processing sector of meat products. The construction covers core areas including intelligent cold storage facilities, standardized processing workshops, and a 5G IoT monitoring center.

Upon full operation, the center is anticipated to achieve an annual output value exceeding 1 billion yuan, contribute over 36 million yuan in annual tax revenue, and foster synergistic development across upstream and downstream industries such as breeding, logistics and food processing.
