EK Lights, a leading enterprise in the professional lighting industry based in Zhongshan, announced on May 13 that it had reached an agreement with ARRI to acquire 100% equity of ClayPaky, an Italian entertainment lighting brand under the group.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Bergamo, Italy, ClayPaky is a benchmark enterprise in the global professional entertainment lighting industry. Known for its groundbreaking technology and artistic design, ClayPaky's products are widely used in large-scale performances, sporting events, and entertainment venues.

EK Lights established its presence in Cuiheng New District in 2020. Its products have been exported worldwide and utilized in major events such as the Paris Olympics and Spring Festival Gala.
