The second phase of Emaux Zhongshan's renovation and upgrading project recently started construction soon after obtaining land usage rights.

The phase 2 project includes a high-standard factory building, a living facility, a material mixing room, and an equipment room, with a gross floor area of 47,157 square meters in total.

Emaux Zhongshan, a swimming pool equipment manufacturer that has been operating in Nanlang for over 20 years, signed an agreement with Zhongshan Cuiheng Urban Renewal Co Ltd in November last year on the self-renovation project.

With the project, the company will expand its production capacity, with the output value expected to surpass 600 million yuan.
