It is predicted that the railway Zhongshan Station will handle 75,000 outbound passengers and 81,000 inbound passengers during the upcoming 5-day May Day holiday.
The outbound passenger peak will fall on May 1, with about 17,000 passenger trips expected, while the inbound peak will fall on May 4, with over 18,000 passenger trips expected.
During the holiday, Zhongshan Station will add train services as follows:
April 29 & 30, May 1: Additional train to Beijing West (D924, arriving at 19:33, departing at 19:35).
April 30, May 1, 6 & 7: Additional train to Shanghai Hongqiao (D942, arriving at 18:37, departing at 18:39).
April 30, May 1 & 5: Additional train to Nanning East (D4970, arriving at 22:19, departing at 22:21).
May 1, 2, 7 & 8: Additional train to Zhaoqing East (D7132, arriving at 9:45, departing at 9:47).
April 30, May 1 & 5: Additional train to Zhuhai (D7599, arriving at 23:25, departing at 23:27).
