The 2026 "Zhongshan Cup" Cross-Strait Youth Baseball and Softball Invitational opened on July 4 at the Panda Heritage Stadium, part of the Zhongshan International Baseball and Softball Center in Xiaolan town.

The tournament features U18 baseball, youth baseball and youth slow-pitch softball categories, drawing about 360 players from Guangdong, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao.

Off the field, the tournament also offers a diverse exchange platform, highlighted by a "Players' Night" party for talent showcases and exchanges.
