The Jixiang Fang, an ancient-style sightseeing vessel built by Zhongshan-based company Jianglong Shipbuilding, has been recently delivered.

The vessel features a catamaran hull design and a fully electric lithium battery propulsion system, ensuring zero-emission, low-noise operation as well as superior stability and eco-friendliness.

Measuring 46 meters in overall length, 13.5 meters in beam, and 3.2 meters in depth, the Jixiang Fang can accommodate up to 435 passengers and serves multiple purposes, such as riverside sightseeing, dining and leisure, conference hosting, wedding, and cultural performances.

So far, all three new fully electric vessels for Guangzhou's Pearl River Night Cruise program — all made in Zhongshan — have been delivered.
