The 3-day "Zhongshan Products, Shanghai Bound" trade event wrapped up on February 2 in Shanghai, marking a milestone in regional commerce promotion.

Nearly 300 Zhongshan firms participated, including industry leaders such as Galanz, Opple and Weili. The showcase also featured "hidden champion" niche specialists, SMEs, century-old brands and emerging startups in Zhongshan, displaying 800 products across home appliances, smart manufacturing, food and daily chemicals, garments and textiles, culture and tourism, construction materials and other categories.
The event generated 109 cooperation deals worth 6.13 billion yuan, comprising 3.3 billion yuan in investment projects and 2.8 billion yuan in purchase agreements.
Notably, Shanghai consumers favored Zhongshan specialties such as small appliances, apparel, pigeon meat and preserved meat, driving combined online-offline sales to exceed 116 million yuan.
