The 24th China Shanghai International Arts Festival (CSIAF) hosted a dedicated promotional session for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in Shanghai on the morning of October 18.

Torch Song and Dance Troupe from Guangdong's Zhongshan made a stunning debut with its original drama Dr Sun Yat-sen, showcasing the city's profound historical heritage, vibrant cultural charm, and open urban spirit to national and international audiences.

Attendees praised the production for deepening their understanding of Sun Yat-sen's enduring spirit while sparking intense curiosity about his hometown. "We are eager to visit Cuiheng Village to see where Sun Yat-sen grew up, and stroll along the Qijiang River to immerse ourselves in Zhongshan's distinctive Lingnan atmosphere," shared one guest.
