Staff at a franchise store for the 15th National Games, the 12th National Games for Persons with Disabilities and the 9th National Special Olympic Games in Zhongshan were photographing new arrivals for online sales on October 15.

"This plush mascot is our star product, identical to the one awarded to medalists at the events," said Lyu Dashu, general manager of HTD, a creative exhibition company in Zhongshan, holding up a product.

"Since its debut during Guangdong's provincial 'Two Sessions' in January, it is consistently top-ranked in sales and even gifted at the national 'Two Sessions'." Lyu added.

Other crowd-pleasers include the affordable "Zodiac Mini-Games" blind box keychains and liquid-sand fridge magnets featuring host city skylines. Inspired by aerial views of the Greater Bay Area, the magnets blend iconic local elements from each host city, winning consumer favor.

HTD has developed over 100 products across plush toys, badges, figures and drinkware, with distribution expanding to over 60 outlets nationwide.
