Ricardo Vogt, a Brazilian musician residing in Zhongshan, was recently invited to China Media Group's (CMG) international cultural exchange program Ode to Harmony.

On the program, Ricardo and Chinese singer Vinida performed a song Traditions We Share. By blending Brazilian musical elements with Chinese rap, the duo presented a vivid narrative that unfolded the cultural traditions of both China and Brazil to the audience.

He also performed his original song What Is Time, enchanting the audience with his soothing vocals and mellow melody, offering a glimpse into the soulful charm of Brazilian music.

Having lived in China for eight years, Ricardo has frequently expressed his love for Zhongshan, even composing heartfelt tributes like My Zhongshan and Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage for the city. This deep connection is beautifully articulated through his original compositions such as My Zhongshan and Zhongshan Intangible Cultural Heritage.
