The main structure of the smart manufacturing base (phase 2) of Rui Lai Hua Kong (RLHK) was topped out on October 13. RLHK is a wholly-owned subsidiary in Zhongshan of Hong Hui Energy (HHE), a portfolio company of Zhongshan Venture Capital under Zhongshan Investment Holdings.

Located in the new energy-themed industrial park in Dachong town, the base focuses on the R&D and manufacturing of supporting equipment for flywheel energy storage, covering power electronics, magnetic bearing control and energy storage system management. Upon completion, it will serve as HHE's southern headquarters and production base.

The project will build smart production lines to further expand manufacturing capacity and help Dachong attract upstream and downstream companies, fostering a new growth driver for Zhongshan's new-type energy storage industry cluster.
