On April 25, Dongfeng Town hosted a project signing and groundbreaking ceremony for its third batch of key projects this year.

Fifteen investment projects were signed, with a total worth of over 2 billion yuan. Among them, the Enaiter smart home appliance manufacturing base will be developed into a modern industrial park integrating intelligent manufacturing, R&D and innovation, and business operations, creating a new hub for industrial clustering.

Eight industrial projects broke ground, with a combined investment of 200 million yuan. Notably, the Le Xin Yuan catering and tourism project, with a planned investment exceeding 50 million yuan, commenced construction. It will build a large restaurant complex to establish an integrated cultural space.
