The Shenzhen-Zhongshan Cooperation (Huangpu) Industrial Park was unveiled on February 27. Designed exclusively for Shenzhen enterprises, the park offers 667 hectares of developable industrial land.

Dongdi, a national high-tech optoelectronics enterprise introduced from Shenzhen, has invested over 300 million yuan to construct a flexible printed circuit (FPC) production base in the park. Full capacity operations are projected to generate 400 million yuan in annual output value.

"After over a decade of development in Shenzhen, we have been longing for our own production base," said He Mingde, Dongdi's general manager, citing the convenient traffic access provided by the ShenZhong Link and the optimal land conditions and government services provided by Huangpu as decisive factors.
Jingtai, a downstream client of Dongdi, also invested 250 million yuan to build a 1.67-hectare LCD display manufacturing base in the Zhongshan Smart Home Appliance Industrial Park (Huangpu Port), targeting 300 million yuan annual output at full capacity.
Over the past 3 years, Huangpu has attracted over 10 firms from Shenzhen, with more than 1 billion yuan in total investment. These projects are expected to achieve 2.5 billion yuan in combined annual output.
