Shiyou Intelligent Manufacturing held a ceremony on February 4 to mark the delivery of phase one of its Huangpu base and the start of construction of phase two. 

Located near the Huangpu International Convention and Exhibition Center, the Shiyou base spans about 11.5 hectares and will be developed in three phases. It aims to establish an integrated R&D-manufacturing park specializing in intelligent equipment and dual-safety food production, with projected annual output exceeding 800 million yuan.

Phase one, with a total floor area of 150,000 square meters, has already secured 37 enterprises across intelligent equipment, food manufacturing, and electronic information sectors. 

Phase two, with a total floor area of 210,000 square meters, will prioritize premium industries such as agricultural and sideline food processing and electrical machinery manufacturing. Multiple firms from Shenzhen, Dongguan and Guangzhou have signed agreements to move in.
