In Q1 2026, Zhongshan's Huangpu Town will launch 38 industrial park redevelopment and enterprise expansion projects, with total investment exceeding 6 billion yuan.

The portfolio comprises 13 industrial projects (worth 3.1 billion yuan), 9 industrial park redevelopment projects (worth 1.9 billion yuan) and 16 infrastructure projects (worth 1.1 billion yuan).

Notably, on January 11, Shiyou Intelligent Manufacturing held a groundbreaking ceremony for its phase-2 production base in Huangpu.

Targeting green food and smart equipment industries, the company aims to create an industrial complex integrating R&D, production, business incubation and services.

The project is estimated to achieve 800 million annual output and 40 million yuan tax revenue at its full capacity.
