Through the industrial park redevelopment program, Zhongshan's Dongfeng Town recorded 39,405 market entities in 2025, marking a 10.42% year-on-year increase. The number of enterprises rose 12.18% year-on-year to 18,338.

From 2023 to 2025, Dongfeng launched 88 industrial park redevelopment projects, spanning 1,525 mu (101.67 hectares). 

Industrial investment in 2025 more than tripled from 2022 levels, while technological upgrade investment doubled. Industrial added value of large-scale industrial enterprises grew at an average annual rate exceeding 10% during the 2022-2025 period.

Over the past 3 years, Dongfeng inked 121 investment projects worth nearly 10 billion yuan in total. Under its "100-million-yuan-level enterprise homecoming program," 11 companies with a total investment of 1.276 billion yuan received land allocations from the town.
