Lu Gang, male, Han nationality, was born in April 1973 in Zunyi, Guizhou Province, and has graduated from university with a master's degree in law. He entered the workforce in July 1994 and joined the Communist Party of China in June 1993. He is currently a member of the Zhongshan Municipal Government Party group, deputy mayor of Zhongshan, also secretary of the Party Committee and director and inspector general of the Zhongshan Public Security Bureau.
