On May 21, the opening ceremony of "Zhongshan International Friendship Cities Youth Painting Exhibition in Memory of Dr Sun Yat-sen" was held at the Shenzhen-Zhongshan (Cuiheng) International Exchange and Cooperation Center.

On the same day, Macao, Zhuhai and Zhongshan signed the Memorandum on International Exchange and Cooperation, marking a new stage of collaboration among the three cities in fields such as international friendship city exchanges, culture, education and youth affair.
