Zhongshan launched a large-scale autumn recruitment campaign at the Guangxi University on September 18.

A delegation of 62 top Zhongshan enterprises arrived with over 300 premium positions and comprehensive talent policies, creating a "local job portal" for Guangxi students.

As the first city to launch autumn recruitment at the university this academic year, Zhongshan will organize special job fairs, enterprise-university forums and student exchange sessions to enable top university graduates to directly engage with enterprises for job selection while gaining in-depth insights into Zhongshan's industrial landscape and talent ecosystem.

The first job fair drew nearly 2,000 students from Guangxi University and neighboring colleges for on-site consultations, resulting in over 600 preliminary employment intentions and 55 on-site job contracts signed.
